Sunday Worship
Our goal is that worship at Calvary Baptist Church will draw believers closer to the Lord. You are encouraged to allow the Holy Spirit to work in your lives while worshiping at Calvary. Through music, prayer, and preaching, God is adored and worshiped. Our worship service begins at 10:45 a.m.
Sunday School
Our classes are designed to increase your Biblical knowledge, develop strong friendships, and to emphasize reaching the world through practical outreach. Sunday School starts at 9:30 a.m.
Small Groups
One of the most exciting ministries we have at Calvary is our small groups. Meeting at different times throughout the week, these groups draw close to God through study, prayer, and fellowship. Many deep and personal friendships have been made in these groups, prayers have been answered, and disciples have been made. These small group studies can be made up of couples, men's groups, or women's groups.
Wednesday Nights
Acts 1:8 states "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth" ( HCSB). We have developed a time on Wednesday nights where as a whole church we serve the Lord. These acts of service range anywhere from serving in the children's and youth departments, to meeting the needs of our community (our Jerusalem), and even preparing ways to reach the "ends of the earth" through personal evangelism and missions. This is where we at Calvary collectively put our faith into action. We meet at 6:30 p.m. every Wednesday.
